Having our many facilities on site allows you to switch off and enjoy our exclusive park. As Oakfield is a family run park, we pride ourselves on our high quality and friendly relationship that we have with all our owners. We do not employ a high powered sales team, instead we listen to your requirements and help you find the right holiday home for you.

• Season: 7 ½ Months -21st March through to the end of October.
• Ground Rent per year: £1650.
• Rates per year: £936.50 approximately.(includes water and electric, gas testing and winterisation, security, waste disposal)
• Is there an age limit on holiday homes: No, all we ask is for you to keep caravan well maintained.
• Pets allowed: Yes on leads at all times.
